Your first steps to a successful marketing career

At Abovo Maxlead , we are always looking for new talent! With the Abovo Maxlead Academy, we give your career a flying start. In an intensive training course of 6 months, you will learn on-the-job everything you need to become a fully-fledged online marketing consultant.

Do you already have some experience in online marketing, but are not learning fast enough in your current environment, or are you looking for a new challenge? Then read on about what the Academy can do for you.

We have experienced that learning together in a team is not only much more fun, but also produces more results. The Abovo Maxlead Academy is a 6-month learning program, in a small group, that starts with you.

The learning path consists of a wide range of training courses and workshops given by experienced consultants from Abovo Maxlead. They are aware of the latest trends and developments within their own discipline. In addition, in your team, you will receive on-the-job training and guidance from your own mentor. To get to know each other and the Abovo Maxlead services better, you and the Academy candidates make a group assignment, on which you work 1 day a week for 6 weeks.

You will be a full-fledged colleague from day 1. You will be part of a large team of 90 digital consultants and specialists and work in Oegstgeest or Hoorn depending on where you live. You will receive a 7-month contract with a salary and benefits that match your work experience.

From the beginning, you will immerse yourself in your own chosen discipline: you will become a specialist!
In this own discipline you will build your self-confidence and learn the tricks of the trade from your experienced colleagues in your team. The marketing consultants and trainers are specialized in:

• Paid Advertising: Search Engine Advertising, Display & Video Advertising and Social Media Advertising
• Owned media: Search Engine Optimization expertise such as technique, content, authority and site structure
• Web analytics: both technique and analysis

The first 3 months are focused on gaining expert knowledge and learning as much as possible from our clients, your colleagues and your mentor. The second 3 months are more focused on using your knowledge with clients, working independently with your campaigns and building your own client portfolio.

After 6 months you will be on your way to your own client portfolio. Together we'll look at how you can develop in your field in the coming years and what other goals you want to achieve professionally or personally. Perhaps you want to put a new service on the map or you discover that your passion lies with people and you can't wait to inspire your own client teams on their way to the best solutions for our clients.
